Mariposa CA Map and Info
1. I have partial ownership of about 1 acre of land in downtown Mariposa California less than an hour's drive to Yosemite National Park.
2. I'm looking for community/investors who would like to help me start something.
3. I'm envisioning about 24 small units with 12 small kitchens and 12 small baths with a shared courtyard facing south looking out at Mariposa County Park.

Statement of Purpose:
The Best Cohousing Communities have some sort of Statement of Purpose as a focal point of the community.
Ours' is very simple: We prefer people who have a deep respect for humanity and the natural world.
