The WikiDemocracy Board of Directors Duties:

1. To search out and approve of new administrators.
2. To remove an administrator's privileges.
3. To navigate legal issues such as taxes and internet laws.
4. To seek out sufficient revenue and apportion budget.
5. To seek out sponsors for in need of members and administrators.
6. To mediate disagreements between users and administrators.
7. To write and approve of working bylaws.
8. To update foundational principles.
9. To make the final decisions regarding the overall of direction of this site.

General Qualifications- Possesses; honesty, integrity, good work habits, likes people, good communication skills, a moderate degree of computer skills, access to the internet through a phone or a computer, an interest in uplifting societies' underdogs.

Remuneration: Directors should expect none, however this site offers sponsorships which can help pay for the effort of those who are most in need. Also this site offers credit for time spent working on this site in the form of a percentage of ownership (it should be noted that this may have zero value if the site fails to build traffic).
