I started this group as a way of understanding how consensus can be used to provide a basis of a democratic conversation. I come at the issue with past experience in the Green Party of California. In my observation the consensus process drove that politic movement into the ground along with the fact that in the US the "first past the post" systems create a mostly two party reality. Still a feel the consensus process can play a big part in a truly democratic process. Admin1 Kirk (talk) 10:22, 3 February 2021 (MST)
