1. I have partial ownership of about 1 acre of land in downtown Mariposa California less than an hour's drive to Yosemite National Park.
2. I'm looking for community/investors who would like to help me start something.
3. I'm envisioning about 16 small units with 32 bedrooms, with 16 small kitchens and 16 small baths with a shared courtyard facing south looking out at Mariposa County Park.
4. Estimating an invest of $200,000 will yield 1 unit with 2 bedrooms.
