Permaculture is an international movement and ecological design system, focusing on how perennial agricultural systems can imitate natural ecosystems. It is a system of sustainable agriculture in which all the architecture, hydrology, and agriculture components, including people, animals, natural resources, the land, and the wider environment, can coexist permanently (Holmgren, 2018).
