We bought a new toilet seat (with a built in toddler/child seat). I’ve been trying to get our old seat off to no avail. I’ve looked online and can’t seem to find anything that works. I can replace the seat myself as I’ve replaced this one before, but I can’t seem to get the bottom part to come off or loosen. Pictures to show that I feel like I’m stripping the coating on this. Home Depot employee and a helpful old man recommended the tool in the last picture. Any advice?
