As it is an interior lot, its placement behind the historic house appears consistent in regards to location, height and described form. While an historic alteration permit is not required, compliance with the Secretary of Interior guidelines will need to be confirmed.


The building must have a minimum 6 feet between structures.

It appears there is a large tree; details of tree siting may lead to the requirement of an arborist report if it is a significant heritage tree.
