I live in UK. Our gardens are small. Still I manage to do flower and vegetable gardening.  I love gardening and it is my passion.  In 2021 we moved to Essex. It’s a new development. When we moved our garden was nice green blank canvas.  I didn’t want to miss the season last year so I planted few shrubs and used my old plastic raised beds to grow vegetables. I had a very good harvest.  I couldn’t grow any climbing vegetables because I didn’t have any trellis.  I used bamboo sticks to support tomatoes and some other vegetables.  Now I am constantly collecting ideas to create a vertical garden. So, I can grow more and more vegetables.  As I have a small garden vertical garden is ideal grow everything.  As I am a born vegetarian I love vegetables.  I am a very good cook too. I cook our traditional food at home. Learned from my mum, grandma and our relatives.

Growing vegetables (and fruit) vertically is easier than you think (no building required) and will give you a larger harvest with less disease! We reuse the same items over and over again, so it's a one time purchase that lasts for years. Join me on a tour of our garden where I show you 5 different plants and vertical growing options as part of the Homesteaders of America's Grow Your Own Food Tour!
