Reducing Bot Traffic

Things I remember doing that helped reduce bot traffic:

1. Signing up to Cloudflare and pointing the Nameservers to Cloudflare.
2. Creating Security rules in Cloudflare.
3. Turning on Botfight Mode and I'm Under Attack mode in Cloudflare.
4. Modifying Htaccess for WikiDemocracy numerous times.
5. Blocking specific IPS including the whole range of Alibaba cloud servers.
6. Modifying local settings to restrict bot's frequency of hits.
